Vegan Treats
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is home to nothing too special except a rad little vegan bakery called Vegan Treats. On the day of our Allentown show our friend Alex took me, Anthony and Junior there and we were greeted by a huge sea of delicious looking vegan desserts.
I scooped up these two tasty little cakes; on the left is the banana chocolate cake and the other is a peanut butter chocolate cheese cake. Drool. The banana chocolate was good, but in all honesty I didn’t really taste much banana in there. It was all good though because the cake was nice and moist, and the chocolate surrounding the cake was super rich. That peanut butter cheesecake…oh lordy that was the jam. Endless chunks of peanut butter topped the creamy cheesecake. It was so delicious. Anthony and Junior both the peanut butter bomb, which was a huge chocolate covered cake filled with loads of peanut butter cream. In all honesty I fucked up not getting that because it was insane good. Peanut butter is my absolute favorite food on this planet and the bomb definitely unleashed loads of it. Next time I go to Vegan Treats I am for sure getting one of those.
